The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announces the issuance of the Committee for Resolution of Securities Disputes??? (CRSD) decision No. (33/L/D1/C/2026) of 1448 H., dated 06/01/1448 H., corresponding to 21/06/2026, approving the acceptance of the request to register the class action lawsuit filed by an investor against Hamil AlMusk for Business Services Holding Company, as a result of the Company???s act when it offered its shares for public subscription without following the regulatory procedures and in violation of the rules of Article (31) of the Capital Market Law.
